Mountain Leader Training England is seeking to recruit a part-time administration assistant. The post will be based in the MLTE Capel Curig office and will be a .6 fractional post (normally 3 days per week).
Salary scale will be in the range of £8572 - £11,903 (f.t.e £14,287 to £19,839) with 15 days paid holiday per year at start.
Main Duties and Responsibilities:
To undertake routine secretarial and administrative duties within a busy office
To help to maintain websites used by MLTE and other organizations
To liaise with and give advice to candidates, providers and others
To liaise with other organizations working with MLTE
To work with MLTE officers and other staff, assisting them in their work
Helping to organize and attend provider workshops, conferences and other events.
Applicants should have a good level of IT skill with most Microsoft Office applications
