Hope this helps anyone searching the forum on how to do it, the info isnt readily available on the crampon box:

Pic 1: The picture shows the crampon as short as it will go with their T bar fitted in the standard way (this is about size 8.)
Pic 2: To make them shorter, just take the T bar out. Note the direction the bar is curving.
Pic 3: Flip the bar over so it’s curving the opposite way, you will notice a small raised notch on the top side of the bar now. (Circled in red).
Pic 4: Put the crampon back together and the notch comes into action, allowing you to make the length a lot smaller. You can get down to UK size 3 and a half. If it’s a curved bar this crampon now becomes the left crampon, initially it was the right one. The left one will become the right. With straight T bars it doesn’t matter.
