Yoga classes are coming soon to the new Harrogate Climbing Centre!
Times and dates are yet to be confirmed (watch this space!) but the classes will be evenings and last for an hour and a half.
Yoga is an excellent compliment to your climbing training, helping to balance the body, increase flexibility, strength and stamina, as well as helping to improve your focus and mental awareness.
The classes will be based on the Astanga Vinyasa method, a demanding, dynamic form of yoga that incorporates asana (postures) and pranayama (breathwork) into a flowing, moving meditation. They are suitable for beginners or for those with some previous yoga experience.
