Just to let you know about some excellent customer service recently received from Lyon Equipment Ltd, who I believe are the UK importers for Petzl.
Not too long ago, I managed to run over my Tikka 2 plus headtorch (don't ask!). The main torch body somehow survived but the hinged attachment bracket came a poor second, making the headtorch unusable.
I dropped an enquiry via the Petzl website to see whether a replacement bracket could be purchased. The next day I received very nice mail from Lyon advising that a suitable replacement would be posted to me FOC on receipt of my address. Two days later the replacement arrived and I now have my headtorch back!
