Not quite as much snow in the NW as most people think - we climbed Silver Tear/The Cooler on Sunday and minimal snow on Beinn Bhan but plenty of fat ice - see pics on my profile if interested....other hills nearby have similar cover....

You didn't get any pictures of us on Belhaven did you? Was a good, thin ice route on sunday. Magic crack is also clear as of Sat.
