Can I be the first to say "But what has he done on Grit!" as I don't think we are going to have to wait that long. I think it is going to be very messy.
Well done anyway. Strong doesn't even begin to say ......
Really looking forward to further ascents over the week.
Trailing off mid-sentence didnt really do it for me. I gather it was supposed to get us salivating for the full report, but for me it just spoilt the article.
more on Keith's blog
News report already out of date anyway - as per the other thread (before it got out of hand) Rich K reports onsights of 4 classic Malham 8b's (including the full height of the cove putting draws in as he went!) in between attempts to repoint Overshadow!!
It isn't clear from the news to me. Has he done overshadow?
But not much more. The other thread is more informational, (if you can filter out the irrelevant dross trad v sport stuff, etc).
Sorry Keith, but anyone who uses the phrase 'King Wad' is beneath contempt.
i think the article is great.
Eh? A bit strong surely? Murderers, rapists, muggers and White supremacists are beneath contempt. Users of archaic journal-ese are just doing their job in a slightly flawed fashion.
