Hi all, its been a long time since I've scrambled up to (or down from)Scafell from Broadstand and I can't really remember how much of a prospect it would be for inexperienced walkers and kids to negotiate. Also, how easy is it to spot the easiest line from below ? Any help appreciated, thanks.

Even with a rope I wouldn't recommend it for inexperienced walkers. It might be OK for kids, if they're the sort who haven't learned to be frightened of heights yet
The easiest line is fairly obvious - as is the large drop!
