Customer Services Assistant
We have a full time vacancy in our customer services team, based in Guiseley, North West Leeds.
The role involves:
handling customer enquiries both by email and telephone
processing web orders
inventory management and ordering stock from suppliers
receiving and recording deliveries
general office tasks
assisting in the warehouse in peak periods
Facewest is a small team and we are looking for someone who has the flexibility to adapt to the ever changing demands of a growing business. Previous experience in a customer service environment or purchasing would be an advantage.
Wage – 16 to 18,000 depending on experience
24 Days paid holiday per year plus bank holidays
Hours 9 to 5 Monday to Friday wih 45mins lunch break
