competitions for seniors

Hi rob
im 44 and ive been climbing for about a year, i was wondering if there are any competitions for an old novice, a way of forced inprovmet was my thinking.

In reply to pdonkyd: well durham climbing centre do a vets catagory for over 36 year olds and climb newcastle do a vets catagory for over 45 year olds,not sure about the leeds walls but you could research the boulder leeds comps held at the depot,leeds wall and city bloc if they have a vets catagory.these are more friendly comps btw where you score yourself rather than serious comps

Thank you for your help, that should give me some things to investigate and ill ask at other climbing centers which are near enough to be viable.
