I start my two week holiday tomorrow, and plan to use my months unlimited climbing as much as possible. I've read on previous threads that its better to not climb daily, as this may be detrimental. When I've been climbing indoors, its never been for more that three hours at a time. Would I better to heed this and spread my climbing over the week, or would I be OK to climb a few hours daily? My main aim is vast improvement as a beginner.
Many thanks.

I'd imagine you'll struggle to climb everyday. Just gently increase the frequency and attempt new, more difficult climbs.
Do what you feel your body can just recover from.

In reply to Levains_Alive: That mental approach is the big one. If you can give yourself easy days and hard days rather than rest days that can make it easier to set yourself achievable goals.
