Hi All,
I was just checking the email in work and we have been told to take all of the Thermopro stoves off the shelf while a problem is being investigated. What details I have are:
"We have been made aware of a potential issue with this stove.
It would appear that there may be the potential of some damage to the O ring on the gas tube/stove interface - but we are looking into this.
Whilst we look into this matter please take all stock off the shop floor and do not sell any until you have been e-mailed to confirm we are happy that the products are safe."
I thought it best to pass on the info to any people that are using the stove to be careful until it has been investigated.
