So, Chris Evans' next sporting challenge is ice climbing with Tim Emmett.

Missed where it will be - some freezer in London? - but should be up on the BBC R2 web site next week.

Should be hilarious!

Ah I've drunk beer that has been chilled in that wall when i worked for them years ago, sadly never got to try it out, looks quite good though but then i'm stick to rock for now! tis a bit far from edinburgh and it cost £40 for a hour about 4 years ago, dread to think how much it is now! should have gone for free while i could of, dammit!

I have used the ice wall in the Manchester shop a few times, similar to the Covent Garden one, but I think a bit shorter.

If you have your own kit and know what you are doing it is only £20. Generally much easier that real water ice, but good for practicing technique and trying a few hard mixed moves that you might not be brave enough to try in extremis.
