What is the agreed route to the 9nth cloud-up there on sun and had to climb a gate, its not clear which path to take-looking to keep onside with the landowner.

In reply to llanberis36: alright si,we park near the water trough where the meerbrook road joins.then walk direct to the crag,through the old gate slightly towards the roaches.

In reply to llanberis36: Yeah, effectively approach direct from under the crag following the wall.

He doesn't want folk using the old approach from the skyline although you could use the 'not the main path' to approach from the cattle grid too which would keep you on access land too.
