Mountain Boots-Cracking rubber treatment?
I've just treated my la Sportiva Nepals to some leather wax stuff for the first time in the 10 years I've had them. I've given them the ultimate test (run the kitchen tap on them) the water runs right off. Lovely!!
The rubber rand that runs right round the boot has lots of little cracks in it. Is there something I can put on to slow down this perishing or is rubber too inert to be treated in a similar way to leather?
