A Centre Manager is required to lead the team of staff at Patterdale Hall, Bolton School’s Outdoor Pursuits Centre based in Glenridding. The Hall primarily offers courses to pupils but as an AALA licence holder the Hall also offers residential and activity programmes to commercial clients.
The Centre Manager will have a strategic overview of the operation and ensure that effective marketing and business development enable the Hall to deliver high quality experiences to satisfied commercial clients. The manager will ensure revenue and profit targets are achieved and that the occupancy levels reach the maximum possible alongside fulfilling the needs of the school. An ability to inspire clients about the life changing potential of high quality outdoor residential experiences is essential.
