I've had my jetboil for years and recently it broke. Emailed Jetboil and their uk distributor, Lyon, and they're sending me a new one even though it's way out of warranty. It's nice to find companies that genuinely want happy customers even after they've got your cash

I held my hands up to bu**ering up the zip on the hood on one of their sacks when I emailed them for a preferred repairer, they just sent me a new one. Even took the time to ask what colour I needed.
