PETZL has advised that a SCORPIO L60 lanyard was involved in a via ferrata accident in Grenoble, France.
The probability of this defect recurring is very low but if you are in the UK or Ireland you are asked to immediately stop using the Scorpio lanyard and to send it for inspection to Lyon Equipment Ltd...
