Potentially moving into a small office in Kendal, which has an existing BT line and I'm looking to install broadband for sending and receiving work e-mail (usually no more than 10mb in size)and general web surfing.

I've done the usual web trawl to find out more, but would rather get honest personal opinion; so if anyone with any local knowledge could advise which broadband providers they think offer the most reliable and cost effective service in the area that would be great.

Good and bad opinions welcomed.
