Have I injured a pulley or a tendon?

Morning
I basically over stressed my finger (again, different hand this time) on a 3-finger open handed grip (no pops or clicks this time thankfully) when I wasn't fully warmed up. It hurts to load the (ring) finger in an open handed manner.

My plan is to basically take it easy when climbing, work on skills more than power for a month or so. And to keep stretching it.

Sounds more like a tendon strain than a pulley, just go easy for a week or two and see how it goes.

Can pulleys normally get damaged using open hand grips?
