There have been a couple of reviews here and there, and from those they do sound very promising...

Hoped to see one in the flesh in the shops in N.Wales, but none of them seemed to have any in stock.

yep. in a hammock in summer. great for that.

on the ground not sure they work as well as they really think they do - still compress enough to have cold patches, but in combination with a z-rest could be a very good idea.

only issue is they are useless to just sit on, only for laying down really.
