Topic - Light weight sleeping bags

What kind of comfort tempurature rating do you think a sleeping bag should have for the south scottish valleys in late October? I'm trying to get a really light weight bag and am wondering if 0c comfort rating would work wearing clothes and with a liner (how much effect would a liner have?). Whats the difference between comfort and extreme rating? Does anyone have any experiance of the KIMM Q490, Rab Quantum Top Bag, or Vango Venom 225?
