supplements for tendon repair

Ok heres the problem. ive just come out of hospital after the brilliant surgeons at St Georges in London managed to reconstruct my thumb after i did my best to remove it with a router blade. Anyhow they had to replace my extensor tendon ,as I had managed to router it out, with the one from my foot.

I now am being a good boy and following a strict regime of therapy but wonder if there are any supplements I can take that will aid tendon growth/repair.

I'm not looking for a quick fix as I know it will take 3-6 months rehab but just want to better my chances if I can

I'd save your money. I'd be utterly shocked if you find anything that has better than a placebo effect on your recovery. If you really want to take something then try scoffing anything you can that improves circulation.
