Summer has apparently arrived so keeping true to form we’re inviting you to come along and join us for......

3rd Annual Castle Garden Party on Sunday 14th of August

The party starts at 12pm....

* 12.30 - FREE BBQ! The Castle café will be catering for us all.

* 12.45 - highline strung between 2 of the Castle’s towers, promising a demonstration of daring and balance. We’ve not tried this before…

* 15.00 – Dyno Comp Free to enter with a chance to win some great prizes. This was a massive success last year, so get yourself entered on the day.

* 17.00 - high slack line set up on the panels, so get on and give it a go.

Obviously there will also be DJ’s hard at work all day to keep you all feeling lively throughout the day…

STALLS include:

BMC – Access and Conservation Trust. Something all climbers should be aware of, as they are working on all our behalves to keep the crags open.

Eco Active – Composting workshop for both kids and adults. Mmmm… rot.

Healing Fields – Herbal medicine / massage / osteopathy / chill out space with taster treatments offered at discounted prices.

Castle Shop – Ascension comp (more prizes). You, your fellow competitors, a rope and a bunch of devices you may not otherwise get to experience.

Castle Garden – free seed planting and plant swap.

Castle Environmental stand - see what we have been up to in regards to our Environmental Policy over the last 12 months. It will be informative, yet not too heavy.

Cake Stall – one of the main food groups for climbers

Magnificent Revolution – bike powered fun & games

So.....

Come along. It’s is free. The food is free and the cider is cheap. It will be another great day and all the better for you being there.

Cheers and hope to see you on the Sunday 14th. Please bring some good weather with you!

The Castle.
