So I have a Lamina 35... the zip causes me regular problems. Anybody else find this to be the case? Is it a design flaw?

In reply to lewiz: Yeah, my mrs has the same bag and just loves to whinge about it at every opportunity. Shame really as she loves it apart from that.

In reply to lewiz: What type of problems? Zip breaking or jamming in the backing material?

The backing material gets stuck in the zip and jams. May give customer services a call because it is becoming a bit of a pain.

Weirdly I have very similar problems with mountain hardwear tent zip - it's the worst I've ever come across.

In reply to lewiz: It's best just to keep your finger behind the zip as you close it. Not much that can be done about it. The new Sea to Summit bags have a brilliant strip there that stops this happening, but they are rather pricey if that's the only thing you are interested in!
