Just thought I'd publicly say thank to RAB/Equip Outdoor Technologies.
I returned my Latok Alpine jacket for a repair (the Velcro hood retainer got ripped off), expecting to have to pay for it because I'd had the jacket a couple of years, had no receipt, the shop I bought it from since closed down.
They phoned me the day they received the jacket to tell me that unfortunately it could not be repaired, so, despite all of the above, they replaced it FOC.
Just received said replacement in the post.
