 Premier Post - Instructors needed in Norway

We're looking for an experienced self employed instructor/guide to work with our small team in December/January/February at our destination near Risør in southern Norway. Possibility for more work in spring and summer also.
Activities will include simple abseiling and climbing activities on site, and for more advanced groups climbing at a site across the fjord (used for the Norwegian Rock Masters 2010 competition).
We need someone enthusiastic with experience working with groups of mostly adults but also with families. Winter activity experience a definite bonus.
You will also have the opportunity to join cross country ski and dog sledding groups.
The work will not be full time, so there will be time to relax and enjoy the area, Rjukan is within driving distance.
Accommodation is provided, driving licence required (with cat D1 preferred). The location is 1.5 hours from Oslo Torp airport (Ryanair from Stansted/Liverpool/Edinburgh)
