I'm looking for new sunglasses and used to have category 4 glasses. Would 3 be enough for the alps this summer ??

In reply to francois: I know plenty of people who manage perfectly well with cat 3 lenses but if you suffer in bright sunlight it's probably better to stick with cat 4.
It's worth also noting that you aren't supposed to drive with cat 4 lenses.
ive often driven in mine on very bright days but have found that when i go into shade (under trees etc)that i have struggled to see the road. not generally a good thing that driving blind thing.
