James Pearson on The Source, 8c+, Zillertal, Austria, 4 kbBritish climber James Pearson has redpointed the granite sport route of The Source (8c+) on the Schwarze Wand, Zillertal, Austria.

The route involves a huge all points off dyno in the middle and was, until recently, an unclimbed project...

In reply to The_flying_climber: pretty sure he overgraded 2 or 3 routes. The lie (I mean the promise) and the walk of lie are deffo and also possibly the groove?

2 of those three have not been repeated in the style of the original ascent yet. In any case so what ? the first ascensionist can only propose a grade and their reasons based on their experience.
