Planning to head down there on sat afternoon, can anyone confirm that access status of this route and if the bolt hangers are all there?

The BMC website and forums are a little confusing on this one!

I think the topo says it's a winter only route doesn't it? I believe it is. If so it's now banned, and the bolt hangers may have been removed to discourage people from breaking the ban...

Yup, definitely closed until 1 October.
