i need a widget making out of 0.1mm sheet stainless steel. (120mm diameter x 70mm length open tube going into a short funnel)(moding a coffee grinder). i ve got one possible source locally (west cumbria)great bloke but he doesnt answer the phone from past experience(deaf as a post). i m guessing that somewhere in the team valley there is a small engineering shop that could knock this up in the blink of an eye. any suggestions ?

In reply to mike123:
0.1mm = .004inch = 4 thou, are you sure? Sounds like a "flexible part" to me.

In reply to Steve Clegg: not at all. the present part is made out of thin stainless, i m guessing at the moment because its in my storage unit, but it has to be way less than 1mm. its just to direct coffee from the grinder into a cafetiere but i want it to look nice and polish up.

In reply to Steve Clegg: the bit sticking out the front is the doser, i want to replace it with a simple funnel afair.
