What the F*** are the government doing providing licenses to these spives?

These scum charge anywhere between 20 and 33% in fees for a service that could be provided by a 14 year old with a library card.
(I recently had an interview with one of these organisations and turned them down, much rather work in debt recovery, far more honest and decent). |
