 Topic - Big up to Arc'teryx and Cotswold Outdoor Betws

Returned my 3 year old Polartec Hoody for a dodgy zip Via Royal Oak branch of Cotswolds less than a week ago and I get a call today saying Arc'teryx will be replacing it with a shiny new one! Winner. I'd have been happy with a new zip but apparently it would cost more than the product after shipping etc.
It really is a case of you get what you pay for!
So thanks to Betws y Coed Cotswolds for returning it and Arc'teryx/Big stone for speedy results! |
