 Topic - Hot feet . .

When I'm climbing, my feet get uncomfortably hot and sweaty, which results in sore, sensitive feet after climbing and a disgruntled wife at the smell!
Do people have similar issues? Any tips to reduce the sweating / anything to cope with sore feet after?
I normally take my shoes off when belaying, so I'm not sure what I can do more to cool them off. |
