Brit climber, Malcolm Bass, has won a Polartec Challenge Grant making him the first Brit in five years to have managed to come through the gruelling judging process smiling. Bass and his team's proposal to climb the southwest face of Rimo III in the Indian Karakorum was one of six projects to receive the Polartec Challenge grant in 2012.
