After a recent discussion (if that's what you can call it) on ukc regarding a faulty myo xp headtorch and my experience with warranty. I would like to thank the team at lyon for contacting me and their invitation to look into the matter. I am not prepared to enter into a discussion regarding this matter. This post is simply a well deserved thanks to the guys at lyon for completely restoring my faith in their excellent customer service.

I had previously replaced my myo with a rxp, even so lyon have sent me a completely different type of headtorch which i shall be collecting from royal mail today, more suitable for work use. This has far exceeded my expectations.

So once again thanks lyon, and thanks to those at ukc for their assistance.

Just a shame the original post got out of hand and very personal.

Could users at ukc please refrain from starting a troll on this matter, but if you've had similar positive experiences then simply bmp this post to help spread the positive vibes.
