Come and see inside Sheffield’s newest fully equipped Pilates Studio and try out true Classical Pilates with Apparatus.We will be offering free taster classes in Tai Chi, Yoga and Apparatus Pilates and free advice on how to better balance your health or over come pain or injury.
We have specfic experience in working with climbers and endurnace athletes young and old!
10am Matwork and Apparatus Pilates Demo Class
11am Reformer Demo Class and Yoga
12pm Myofascial Unwinding followed by Meditation
1pm Tai Chi

The open day is a great opportunity for new clients to learn about Breathe, about the classical method of pilates and all our other wonderful services we offer for the mind and body.
We will be offering free taster classes and time to chat about any health problems and injury and will even give you a cup of herbal tea and healthy cake all for free .
Come and celebrate Breathing and moving and help your body to feel free and liberated!
