Well, to quote an 'Urban dictionary' it means
Short for Skelmersdale.
1. A place kinda near liverpool.
2. A sh*t hole.
3. A place with f*ck all to do.
'F*cking hell, theres f*ck all to do in skem'
'Skem is a sh*t hole'
Says it all, I think!
Was down last wednesday evening. The Alley and Northumberland wall were dry and in good nick.
