Looks great. Shame it hasnt got any side straps for carrying skis then it would also make a good day touring sac. Any one know if blue ice would do this kind of add-on as a special ?

In reply to SiWood:

They might do. Maybe a better sac for touring though?

It does look like it's possible to bodge ski's on:

I'm tempted by it as a day sac for doing day routes from huts, but it seems like it might be a tidge to small to be able to carry the extras you need for sleeping in huts.

It looks a bit naff. The way the rope retainer works means you have to take the rope off to enter the main sack also. The colour doesn't do it for me either!

I've had one for 10 months now and it is the best sack I have had by far.

I didn't know it had a safety pocket with key holder though - where is it?

Thanks for all your comments. The key holder pocket is in the lid, at least it is on the current versions.

In answer to the comments about skis, perhaps a better option is to look at the Blue Ice 30l- this includes compression straps that can be used to attach skis, and can be removed if you want to go ultra light.
