Good luck with your plan, however I don't think the ogwen valley needs a tea van. Plenty of cafes nearby and no matter how hard you try I feel the litter would become a problem.
I would have said the same about a proposal for a coffee van at Stanage Plantation car park. After all, there are loads of tea shops in Hathersage. But the one that is there is brilliant, run by a really friendly couple serving excellent coffee and snacks. Ideal before you jump in your car and head home without the faff of parking up and queuing for a mediocre brew.
Good luck to the OPs I say!
Seconded they are really nice folk
My brother and sis in law have their van up for sale, it's fully equipped.
Have a look here http://www.rightbiz.co.uk/buy_business/for_sale/72058_west_yorkshire.html The ad says under offer, but at the weekend it was still for sale. If you're interested feel free to Pm me and I can put you in touch.
