Hello,

Could anyone please suggest a good bouldering location in Joshua Tree. I will be there for 5 days in December. Thanks for your time.

Can't go wrong with the Hidden Valley Campground area.

Yes, that's the most concentrated ansd accessible area. You should find helpful locals to point you to other areas too.

I can now describe how to find Gunsmoke (Barker's Dam) after taking two visits to find it!

In reply to BillyDavies: Hidden valley is the place to head for, however when I went it was full so went down to Ryan camp ground where there is some good bouldering and not far from hidden valley, check out Saturday night live, dynamo hum, stem gem, then go to barker dam and get on gun smoke then sit back , bask in your glory and take in t he view! Have fun
