 Topic - Using Guides

As an IML based in Spain I was wondering what people/possible clients consider when looking to hire a guide.
Are qualifications seen as essential?
Does the fact that the guide is insured make a difference?
Should they be a member of a governing body?
Any comments or thoughts appreciated. |
