Problem with Black Diamond boot

I have broken a metal buckle in my Black Diamond Method ski touring boot.
(I was just fastening it by hand. Fortunately I was able to repair it with steel wire and tape).

My local ski service does not have a replacement. I wanted to get it directly from BD but they did not reply to my e-mail. Do you happen to know where I can get it?
