Anybody used one of these? Are they any good?

In reply to An Triubhas: We use them a lot in our MR team. I really rate it. Good controllable light can turn it down for map reading or up for running. I have two other Lenser torches and they are both great.

I use one and rate it. Takes AAAs too for when you can't plug in to recharge. Some will say that the lever that adjusts the brightness is too hard to use when under a hood. It's not. Used mine in anger a lot.

In reply to An Triubhas: I've got one - fantastic for night running. Really bright, but lightweight, and easy to adjust, even with gloves on.

If you do a search you'll find some complaints (include from me) about over-large head bands and loose connections. These all seem to have been resolved now - I got a free replacement when my wires came out - and I'd certainly get another.

In reply to An Triubhas: yep, they're good. As stated above, the cable design and tilt mechanism have been redesigned due to user feedback, and replacements have been no trouble.
