Perkins Great Eastern Run

Hi Everyone,
Just to let you all know that on the 14th of October the Perkins Great Eastern run is starting.
I went last year and really enjoyed it so I thought I would share it with you so you can enjoy it as well.
There is a half marathon and a fun run to choice from.
You can still enter if you are interested.
I recommend it to anyone who is interested as it provides all facilities needed and the staff don't leave runners they stay until the last person crosses the line.

In reply to PGER-Fan: I suppose this probably constitute spam. Only registering on a forum to post about 1 event.

Anyway I'm also running on Sunday (entered weeks before this thread started). It was recommended by a friend who ran it last year. Not really my main choice of type of races as I prefer smaller runs in the countryside. It's ideally positioned as a marathon pace training run for the marathon I'm doing in 3weeks.

Hoping to stick to a very conservative 9:00/mile. Then my last 18mile run next weekend and the taper....
