Mornin all.
I'm heading out next summer to the Solden area of Austria, hoping to spend a couple of weeks hitting the Via Ferrata, Single/Multi pitch crags & bobbing off a few alpine routes out there.
Picked up a copy of the Cicerone trekking/alpinism guide for the area, but I'm struggling to find any (let alone English) guidebooks for the area. Going to have a range of skills in our group, so looking for 'options'.

Anyone seen owt / recommend where to look?

Cheers,
Ash

Here is a link for all the sports crags in the Ötztal. There are quite a lot. http://www.oetztal.com/main/DE/SO/sport_freizeit/klettern/klettergaerten/in...

And this is the guide. It's a topoguide so should be easy wot figure out even if you don't know German!

the topos for all the single and multipitch bolted crags + bouldering in ötztal are on:

www.climbers-paradise.com and/or www.oetztalclimbing.com

the available guidebooks are often outdated. in addition to that nearly all the climbing areas in ötztal have topos with gradings at the bottom of the wall which have been put there by the tourist office.

actually it's all become a bit "touristy" but during the week the queues are still ok....
