Hi.

Today I had an amazing session with Neil Gresham at The WestWay Sports Centre!

He told me how to traverse properly and how to read the route/problem before doing it!

He also told me about breathing and looking for footholds instead of pulling for handholds!

We spent alot of time traversing and bouldering then I managed to do two sport routes at F4+ then attempted an F5 route!

But I got very tired at the end of day so I did not manage to do it!
