I just got a new computer which already had CS4 on it. Had CS4 on my last one, but the settings seem to be a bit different. To move a layer with the Move Tool, I could click anywhere in the image to move it (very helpful imo) whereas in this new version I have to click specifically on the layer content to move it.
I want to change this back to the way it was in my last version.
Seems like a simple problem, but I ran through the Prefs and I can't find anything
