In reply to alooker: $15 to get a copy of the dvd if it succeeds seems ok to me. Been obsessed with this film for years, I remember seeing it as part of the "Man Alive" series I think in the early 70s.

I'm biased, since seeing this was a big inspiration in my youth, but I think this is one of the best climbing films ever made.

With 10 days to go, they are halfway there on raising the funding. It'd still be a great product at twice the price IMO.
