Any ideas for a good quality, preferably quiet single pitch crag suitable for beginner leaders in North Wales? or is this a holy grail that doesn't exist?!

Pant Ifan Upper Tier at Tremadoc has a couple of nice easier things.

That one above Betws is pretty good too, although with slightly less really easy stuff...

And I've never been to it, but that thing between Tremadoc and the sea looks like it's got easy single pitch as well.
