Im looking for some hardshell pants for winter use Ideally I want to be spending under £200. looking at the haglofs verte at the moment but they're hard to get hold off and ideally i want a 3/4 zip

What about trying the crux torq pant as they have 3/4 zips and are in your budget as i still have the older version and they are great.

they look great. how is the waterproofness on them, I've had some bad experiences with event letting in water in the past (rab bergan)

I've never had a problem with mine leaking in the few years i've had them and i also find the fit to be better than most other trousers i've tried.
